Typically, Mass Calling services are associated with television or radio and allow customers to
use their touch-tone telephone to navigate a service to express an opinion, such as voting on
interactive television shows, using a virtual call centre.
DIGITALK Mass Calling enables a broad range of interactive services which can be quickly and simply
customised using the STUDIO Service Creation Environment to meet the specific requirements of
individual customers. Most of these services are provided to end user customers on premium rated
numbers which can generate significant additional revenues for the Service Provider.

Results and statistics can be stored within a data warehouse for detailed analysis or emailed in
real-time to the customer as required. One of the main features of the DIGITALK Multiservice Platform (MSP) is that
